We want to display activities that are 100% completed with a green symbol and activities that are in progress and not started in blue. For this, you need to create a custom indicator column. From the Enterprise menu, enter the user defined field window, click the add option and create a custom field called progress status. The type of this field is Indicator.
Insert the newly created column into the project.
Select Global Change from the Tools menu
From the New window, select a new title for writing the formula and click the Modify option
After confirming the formulation, a preview will be displayed as below. If you approve it, you can press the Commit Changes option and apply the changes in the software
